Basic Requirements for Renting an Apartment with ADR Properties
When you sign a lease agreement, you enter into an important business relationship with certain rights and obligations. Anyone who meets the basic requirements of ADR’s rental policy can sign a lease agreement and become a tenant with us. The person who receives the offer is the one who should sign the lease and live in the apartment.
- As a prospective tenant, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of signing the lease.
- As a prospective tenant, you must be able to pay the rent for the requested apartment.
- If the acceptable income requirements are deemed low, we may require security in the form of an approved guarantor.
- No debts with the Enforcement Authority.
- Payment remarks must be at least two years old.
- If the payment remark concerns a rental debt, it must be at least five years old.
- Previous residences must be disturbance-free.
- There must be home insurance from the date the lease agreement takes effect.
- The number of people living in the residence must be reasonable in relation to the size of the apartment.
- You who have the lease must need the apartment, live there permanently, and be registered at the address.
- You can, upon request, provide good references from previous landlords.
