Terminating a Contract

The lease agreement is a legal document. When you want to terminate your contract, you can do so via "My Pages."

The termination can only be carried out by the person listed on the contract.

Notice Period

All lease agreements have a 3-month notice period according to the rental law. The time is calculated from the month following the receipt of your notice. For example, if we receive your notice on May 10, the notice period starts from June 1, and the lease agreement ceases to be valid on August 31.

Rules in Case of Death

In the event of a death, the estate has the right to terminate the lease agreement with only a 1-month notice period. However, the termination must occur within one month from the date of the contract holder's passing. Otherwise, the usual three months apply.

Storage and Parking

Any additional agreements, such as storage and parking spaces, are terminated on the same date as the apartment agreement.

Inspection

Before a new tenant moves in, the apartment must undergo an inspection. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Cleaning

You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned when you move out. Be meticulous during cleaning – the next tenant should be able to move in without any additional cleaning. Pay extra attention to corners and nooks where crumbs and dust tend to accumulate, especially in sensitive areas like the kitchen and bathroom.

If the apartment is not adequately cleaned when you leave, we will unfortunately have to charge you afterward.

Here's the price list for apartments of different sizes:
- Studio apartment: SEK 4 858 for move-out cleaning.
- One-bedroom apartment: SEK 5 098 for move-out cleaning.
- Two-bedroom apartment: SEK 6 048 for move-out cleaning.
- Three-bedroom apartment: SEK 7 258 for move-out cleaning.
- Four-bedroom apartment: SEK 8 870 for move-out cleaning.
- Five-bedroom apartment: SEK 11 693 for move-out cleaning.
- Six-bedroom apartment: SEK 12 902 for move-out cleaning.

Keys and Access Cards

When your lease agreement ends, you must return the keys and any access cards for the apartment and other spaces to customer service no later than 12:00 PM on the day after the lease agreement expires. For instance, if the agreement ceases to be valid on August 31, the keys should be returned by September 1 at 12:00 PM. If the agreement ends on a weekend or holiday, return the keys or cards on the next business day by 12:00 PM.
