Whether you are a private individual or a business customer, you can create an account on My Pages and access your rental notices, make any error reports, receive messages and news and keep track of your accommodation with us.
Private individuals log in with Bank-ID and business customers need to contact forvaltning@adrfastigheter.se and provide an email address when logging in for the first time to receive a username and password.
Important to know
Only people who are tenants and have entered into a rental agreement with ADR can log in to My Pages via Bank-ID.
Paper invoice
If you are unable to receive your rental notice digitally, we can still send it to you by post. Please note, however, that there is an invoice fee of 60 SEK on our paper invoices to cover our administrative costs.
